The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day Logistics operations. Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency. Negotiate transportation rates or services. Establish or monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems. Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet Terminal requirements. Training of staff. Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues. Recommend purchase of new or improved technology. Must shoulder responsibility of P&L, Weekly MIS reporting (inclusive of Mileage Report, Maintenance Report, P&L Report, Tanker Leasing Report), Must be hold responsibility of entire department and manage SOP's. Should be able to manage Transport Agreements.
