Data Visualization & Reporting Consultant.
eMagine Solutions have been retained by a multinational company embarking on a Data transformation program. Due to the growth and expansion a position has arisen for a Data Visualisation / Visualization Consultant to lead the team. Your will be responsible for reporting and to teach users and produce reports that would excite the end users. You should be able to play around with data across different areas of the business including Sales, HR, Operations, Finance. As the company has created a shared services centre across multiple functions. You will create strong datasets to model and load data on Power BI, although we are open for Tableau or Qlikview. Therefore you should have expert knowledge in creating standardized (pixel-perfect) reports in MS SSRS, Power BI or other BI tools.
Due to the high nature of this role we are looking for applicants who can demonstrate knowledge on International Business Communication Standards (IBCS) such as HIchert, Tufte and Few in both static and dynamic reports.
You will be the Data Visualization expert and will form the team as well function in your own image. Define the dashboards, reports, KPI's, scorecards and charts as well as build out a business intelligence.
It would be beneficial if you had knowledge of DAX language used for data manipulation and advanced calculations in Power BI as well as knowledge of using other aspects in Microsoft Power BI such as subscriptions, data alerts, Q&A queries, machine learning, etc.
The position would sit at a senior level and would report into the Directors and C-Suite level.
The role is based in Dubai (on-site) and would be part of an international team comprising of over 50 nationalities with over 100 offices globally.
